摘 要:目的:探讨心电引导结合Rountree体外测量在PICC尖端定位中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年6-11月需PICC置管的120例患者并随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用Rountree测量法进行PICC定位;观察组则应用心电引导结合Rountree测量法进行PICC置管术。观察两组定位方法的准确率、置入长度及平均定位耗时。结果:观察组导管尖端定位准确率为96.67%,对照组尖端定位准确率为83.33%,观察组准确率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组定位耗时短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组置入长度比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:心电引导结合Rountree体外测量法可以快速、安全、有效地进行导管尖端定位,具有良好的操作性和应用前景。Objective :To discuss application effects of electrecardio guidance combined with Rountree extracorporeal measurement on catheter tip positioning of PICC. Methods : Selected 120 cases of PICC patients from June to November in 2015, and randomly divided them into control group and observation group equally. Rountree measurement was applied in PICC positioning for control group, while electrocardio guidance combined with Rountree measurement was applied for observation group. Both groups were compared in terms of accuracy rate of positioning, length of inserted catheter and average time spent in posi- tioning. Results:Catheter tip positioning accuracy rate of observation group was 96.67 %, higher than 83.33% of control group,The differences had statisti- cal significances ( P 〈 0.05 ). Observation group apent shorter time in positioning than control group, the differences had statistical significances ( P 〈 0.05 ). Comparative difference in length of inserted catheter between both groups had no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Electrocardio guid- ance combined with Rountree measurement can help to realize fast, safe and effective catheter tip positioning, which possesses desirable operability and ap- plication prospects.
