对农村空巢家庭养老问题的思考——以达州市Y村为例

摘　　要：随着城镇化步伐的加快,大量农村剩余劳动力涌入城市,农村留守老人的规模不断扩大,农村家庭结构发生根本性转变,留守老人居住方式向独居化、空巢化以及隔代化的方向发展。农村空巢老人作为我国农村老年人中的重要组成部分,目前面临着经济保障能力弱、身体状况差、生活缺乏照料、精神及生理上得不到疏导、社会保障能力低等养老问题。文章通过对达州市Y村31户空巢家庭进行实地调研和走访,对空巢老人面临的养老困境进行系统性分析,最后针对农村空巢老人的养老问题提出解决对策。With the acceleration of urbanization pace, a large number of rural surplus labor swarms into cities. Number of left-behind elderly people continues to expand the scale, what＇ s more, rural family structure has undergone funda- mental changes. The empty nest elderly people as a majority of the elderly in rural areas of our country, is currently fac- ing problmes including weak economic security capacity, poor health, lack of life care, low social support capability of the pension. The paper makes a field research and interviews of 31 empty nest families in ~ city of Dazhou, analyzing the empty nesters pension dilemma, aiming at putting forward the countermeasures for problems of rural empty nesters.
