摘  要:建立摇瓶法测定Meso-1,2,3,4-四氯丁烷的正辛醇/水分配系数分析方法。正辛醇中Meso-1,2,3,4-四氯丁烷含量采用气相色谱法直接测定,水相中Meso-1,2,3,4-四氯丁烷含量采用三氯甲烷萃取,气相色谱法测定。当正辛醇与水体积比为2:1时,lgP_(ow)为2.6;体积比为1:1时,lgP_(ow)为2.7;体积比为1:2时,lgP_(ow)为2.8;lgP_(ow)平均值为2.7。该方法简单可靠,符合OECD 107要求,适用于Meso-1,2,3,4-四氯丁烷的正辛醇/水分配系数的测定。The analytical method for determination of the n-octanol/water partition coefficient of Meso-1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobutane by shake flask method was established. The Meso-1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobutane in noctanol was determined by gas chromatography, the Meso-1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobutane in water was extracted by chloroform and was determined by gas chromatography. When the volumetric ratio of n-octanol/water was2:1, lgPowwas 2.6, the volumetric ratio of n-octanol/water was 1:1, lgPowwas 2.7, the volumetric ratio of noctanol/water was 1:2, lgPowwas 2.8. The average value of lgPowwas 2.7. The method was simple and reliable,conformed to the requirement of OECD 107, and could be suitable for determination of the n-octanol/water partition coefficient of Meso-1,2,3,4-tetrachlorobutane.
