摘　　要：柯尔克孜族传统手工技艺历史悠久,内涵丰富,是草原文明的精髓之一。始于19世纪的中亚社会转型,深刻影响到其发展进程。在新的价值观念和生存法则的影响下,柯尔克孜族传统手工技艺的生存空间日趋狭小,行业种类不断缩减,最具生命力的女红技艺面临着巨大的发展困境。立足于草原游牧文明的文化创新,是柯尔克孜族传统手工技艺的必由之路。The traditional craftsmanship of Kirgiz ethnicity has a long history with rich contents. It is one of the essential parts of the prairie civilization. The Social Transformation of Central Asia starting in the 19 th century has exerted a profound impact on its development process. Facing the new values and rules of survival,the living space of Kirgiz traditional craftsmanship has been increasingly narrowed. Its categories have been shrinking. Female red craft which was ever most vital is facing a huge dilemma. The future of Kirgiz traditional craftsmanship consists in the cultural innovation which is based on the prairie civilization.
