摘  要:通过溶液共混法制备了化学共价功能化改性石墨烯片(fGO)掺杂的聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料(PLA/fGO)。分别采用红外光谱(FTIR)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和力学性能测试表征了fGO的表面结构及性质,以及fGO的含量对PLA/fGO复合材料力学性能和断面形貌的影响。FTIR和AFM测试证实氧化石墨烯(GO)已成功获得功能化改性,其在溶剂中能均匀分散和剥离,厚度约为70nm左右。XRD和SEM分析表明,fGO在基体PLA中分散均匀。力学性能测试表明,PLA/fGO复合材料具有较高的强度和韧性,复合材料的屈服强度随着fGO含量的增大而增大,当加入质量分数为7%的fGO时,复合材料的屈服强度较纯PLA提高了62.9%;断裂伸长率则随着fGO的加入先下降后增大,这与GO表面的柔性链对基体韧性的贡献有关。Polylactic acid(PLA)based composites filled with chemical covalently functionalized graphene oxide sheets(fGO)were prepared by solution blending in order to improve the mechanical properties of PLA.The surfacial structure and properties of fGO,as well as influences of fGO content on the mechanical properties and morphology of fractured section of PLA/fGO composites were investigated by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),Atomic force microscope(AFM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and mechanical tests.FTIR and AFM tests verified that graphene oxide sheets have been functionalized successfully and fGO could be dispersed and exfoliated uniformly with thickness of about 70 nm in the solvent.XRD and SEM analysis showed that fGO has been well dispersed in PLA matrix.Mechanical tests indicated that PLA/fGO composites have good mechanical strength and ductile properties.The yield strength of PLA/fGO composites increased with increasing fGO contents,and when 7(mass fraction)fGO was incorporated,the yield strength of PLA/fGO composites increased by 69.2%,compared with that of pure PLA.The elongation at break decreased firstly,followed by increasing with adding fGO in the composite,which is related with the contributions of soft chains on the GO surface to the ductile property of PLA matrix.
