摘  要:采用动态硫化法制备了基于高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的热塑性硫化胶(TPV),研究了橡塑比和热处理温度对压缩变形可逆回复的影响,探讨了可逆回复机制并构建其物理模型,采用广义Maxwell模型对压缩变形的可逆回复过程进行了描述。结果表明,提高TPV中橡胶相的含量及热处理温度,均可明显增大TPV压缩变形的可逆回复程度;结合TPV的微观结构和可逆回复特征,探讨了压缩变形的可逆回复机制;根据Maxwell模型对压缩变形可逆回复过程进行了定量描述。Thermoplastic vulcanizates(TPVs)based on high density polyethylene(HDPE)/ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)blends were prepared by dynamic vulcanization.The influences of blending ratio and heat-treatment temperature on the reversible recovery of compression set,together with the mechanism and model construction of the reversible recovery of the TPV,were investigated systematically.The generalized Maxwell model was used to describe the process of compression set recovery.Experimental results indicated that the degree of compression set reversible recovery had a significant increase with the increasing of heat-treatment temperature and EPDM content in TPV.Combined with the microstructure of TPV and the characteristics of the reversible recovery curve,the reversible recovery mechanism was discussed.According to the generalized Maxwell model,the parameters in the process of the compression set reversible recovery were described.
