摘 要:采用密炼法利用转矩流变仪再生废旧轮胎橡胶,考察了再生温度、再生时间、转子转速等对溶胶含量以及最低扭矩的影响,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、无转子硫化仪、扫描电子显微镜以及溶胶含量测定、力学性能测试,对再生胶的结构和性能进行了表征,获得了最佳的再生方案,确定了再生胶二次硫化的适宜硫化剂用量。Use of mixing method to reclaim wasted tire rubber powder by torque rheometer,investigated the effect on Sol content and the minimum torque by examining the regeneration temperature,regeneration time and rotor speed to determine the best regeneration programs,and using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,no rotor rheometer,scanning electron microscope,the sol content,mechanical properties testing,tested and characterized the structure and properties of reclaimed rubber.The results showed that common characterized by sol content and minimum torque to make sure optimal regeneration conditions,temperature 180℃,holding time 25 min,rotor speed 80rpm;the secondary vulcanized rubber added 1.5phr curatives has the best physical and mechanical properties;with the rise of the regeneration temperature and time MH-ML was first increased and then decreased,tc90increased;with the rise of regeneration temperature,tensile strength and elongation at break was first increased and then decreased.
