折叠气囊式机车碰撞试验台加速能力的研究

摘  要:以折叠气囊式机车碰撞试验台为研究对象,分别对2种不同材质(柔性和弹性)的气囊进行充气推动实验,在对比后确定采用曲囊式空气弹簧的橡胶囊体作为试验台的推动气囊。通过单个GF150/298-3橡胶气囊加速能力的推动测试,得到单气囊实验台的加速能力。根据多个橡胶气囊以并联、串联方式组合后推动车体可获得的最大速度具有非线性叠加的特点,若将GF580/384-3型气囊通过9级并联、9组串联并以0.7 MPa的囊内压力推动车体,可将25 t的车体加速到39.57 km/h,能达到EN15227标准中对机车车辆的碰撞测试要求。With folded airbag type locomotive collision test bench as the research object, the paper takes the gasbag made of the two different materials (flexible and elastic) respectively to do the aerating and pushing experiment. By comparison, the rubber cap- sule of bellow type air spring is determined to be used as the test rig pushing gasbag. Through the pushing test for a single GF150/ 298-3 rubber gasbag acceleration ability, the acceleration ability of single gasbag test rig is obtained. When multiple rubber gasbags are assembled in parallel, in series to push the car body, it is of the nonlinear superposition characteristics of the maximum speed of the car body and if GF580/384-3 type gasbag is assembled within 9 parallel, 9 groups of series and with 0.7 MPa pressure to push the car body, 25 t car body could be accelerated to 39.57 km/h. It can meet the collision testing requirements of locomotive vehicle in the EN15227 standard.
