摘 要:以预应力轧机为研究对象,考虑工作机座系统中各部件间的阻尼和刚度系数的影响,建立了预应力轧机六自由度垂向振动系统力学模型,采用能量守恒原则与材料力学相结合的方法计算力学模型中各部件的等效质量和等效刚度。由于预应力的存在,将辊系和机架间的刚度假定为非线性,建立了两自由度非线性力学模型,利用奇异值理论分析了预应力轧机垂向系统的稳定性。为研究预应力轧机垂直振动和稳定性提供了参考。This paper takes the pre-stressed rolling mill as the research object and establishes the mechanical model of vertical vibration system with six degrees of freedom in consideration of the influence of the various components on the stiffness and damping coefficients. The principle of conservation of energy and mechanics of material are used to figure out the equivalent mass and stiffness of the components in the model. If due to the prestressing force, the stiffness between the mill housing and roll is nonlinear, the nonlinear mechanical model with two degrees of freedom is established. The singular value theory is used to discusse and analyze the stability of the pre-stressed rolling mill vertical system. The reference basis is provided for studying the pre-stressed rolling mill.
