摘 要:航天用电连接器的绝缘电阻和介质耐压试验中,试验电压施加点的选择方法在不同的国内外标准中并不相同。这导致产品保证人员在选择相关测试方法时自由度过大,且存在一定盲目性。为规范和统一试验电压施加点的选择方法,文章通过分析不同方法的测试效率和测试覆盖率,评价不同方法的优劣势,给出有效建议。在此基础上,选择满足国内多数航天电连接器标准的交错施加法,进行测试点连接方法和测试流程设计,用于绝缘耐压测试,有效提升了测试效率。In the test of dielectric withstanding voltage and insulation resistance of aerospace electrical connector,the method for choosing the application point of the test voltage are not alike in various standards. This allows too much liberty for the test personnel,thus incur blindness to some extent in their test method selection. To make a comprehensive assessment,this paper analyzes the efficiency and coverage of different test methods,as well as compares their strengths and weaknesses. Some suggestions are given afterward. Finally,we design the connection circuit and the test flow based on the staggered voltage application method that meets most of the Chinese aerospace electrical connector standards. The design has been applied to the test of some types of connectors with higher test efficiency.
