海南省基层食品药品检验所建设的思考

摘　　要：目的加强海南省食品药品检验机构的建设。方法介绍海南省基层食品药品检验机构的历史及发展,通过调查研究,从基层食品药品检验分所的角度系统分析海南省目前食品药品监督检验现状,以及检验机构发展中遇到的各种问题。结果提出了具体的解决方案和建议,并对海南省基层食品药品检验机构的进一步发展进行了展望。结论海南省基层食品药品检验机构规模小,便于试点,其发展模式可给其他各省基层食品药品检验机构的发展提供参考。Objective To strengthen the construction of Hainan food and drug institutions. Methods The history and development of the Hainan province primary food and drug inspection institutions was introduced. Through the investigation and study and from the perspective of primary food and drug inspection branch,the current food and drug supervision and inspection status quo was systematic analyzed,and the problems encountered during the development during the inspection was checked. Results The specific solutions and suggestions were put forward,and the further development of the food and drug inspection agency in Hainan Province was prospected.Conclusion The primary food and drug inspection institutions in Hainan are small in size and easy to pilot. The development model can provide reference for the development of food and drug inspection institutions at the grassroots level in other provinces.
