摘  要:针对包晶钢矩形连铸坯出现的中间裂纹缺陷,通过低倍酸洗对中间裂纹进行检验分析,得出连铸坯柱状晶发达、晶间偏析是中间裂纹产生的主要原因。通过控制钢水Mn/S、氧含量,优化温度制度、拉速制度、冷却制度、夹辊辊缝,解决了连铸坯中间裂纹缺陷。Aiming at the intermediate crack defect existing in the rectangular slabs for peritectic steelS, by macrostructure pickling, the inspection and analysis on the intermediate cracks was carried out, and it was obtained that the main causes were the developed columnar crystal and intergranular segregation in slabs. By controlling the value of Mn/S, and the oxygen content in molten steel, optimizing the tempera- ture system, drawing speed system, cooling system and pinch roll gap, the problem of intermediate cracks was solved.
