摘  要:针对炼钢厂1#带钢坯连铸机二次冷却系统喷嘴经常堵塞的现状进行分析,发现可利用过滤器滤网内外压差来量化过滤效果,并利用此判断方法试验,找出了该连铸机二冷水过滤系统合适的过滤精度组合,提高了其过滤效率,使二冷水水质满足使用要求。Through analysis on the present situation of frequent nozzle blockage in the secondary cooling system of No. 1 continuous casting machine of the steelmaking plant, it was found that, the pressuredifference between inside and outside filter meshes could be used to quantify the filtering effect, and the corresponding experiment was carried out by this judgment method, and after that, the suitable filtering precision combination of secondary cooling water filtration system in this continuous casting machine was found out, thus its filtering efficiency was improved, and the secondary water quality well met the corre- sponding use requirements.
