摘 要:为进一步优化炉渣成分,对莱钢现场渣系调研分析并在实验室开展渣系优化实验。结果表明,随着碱度的提高,脱硫效果明显提高,高碱度渣系对降低全氧含量有利;渣指数相对高的区域全氧含量则相对较低;综合实验室研究和其它研究渣系结果,确立莱钢LF冶炼铝镇静钢的目标渣系为CaO 53%,SiO2 7%,Al2O3 30%,MgO 8%,CaF2〈2%。硅镇静钢的目标渣系为CaO 53%,SiO2 30%,Al2O3 10%,MgO 6%,CaF2〈2%。In nrder to fu system of Laiwu carried out.
