中医外治法在烧伤治疗中的临床应用进展

摘　　要：由于中医药药物种类繁多、剂型丰富、疗效显著,且具有操作简便、治疗费用低、瘢痕增生率低等优点,越来越多地被应用到烧伤治疗中,为了寻找更有效的烧伤中医外治法,笔者检索、总结了近年来中医药治疗烧伤的研究成果,旨在为临床治疗烧伤提供更加清晰的中医外治思路。Because of the advantages of wide kinds of medicines,abundant dosage forms,significant treatment efficacy,user-friendly operation,lower treatment cost and lower scar formation rate,Traditional Chinese herbal medicines are increasingly applied in the treatment of burns.To find a more effective external therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） for burns,we retrieved and summarized the results of studies on Chinese herbal medicines in the treatment of burns,aiming to provide a clearer idea of treating burns clinically with the TCM external therapy.
