摘  要:目的观察原位再生医疗技术治疗感染性创面的临床疗效。方法将2012年2月-2014年2月湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院收治的40例感染性创面患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用传统疗法治疗,治疗组采用原位再生医疗技术治疗,观察两组患者的创面愈合时间、创面愈合效果及换药时的疼痛情况。结果创面愈合时间:治疗组(11.9±4.8)d,对照组(16.8±6.3)d,两组对比,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;疼痛评分结果:治疗组(2.32±0.62)分,对照组(5.78±0.89)分,两组对比,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义;创面愈合效果:治疗组除2例患者遗留非增生性瘢痕外,其余18例患者均无瘢痕形成,而对照组有8例患者遗留增生性瘢痕、10例患者遗留非增生性瘢痕,治疗组创面愈合效果明显优于对照组。结论原位再生医疗技术治疗感染性创面,既能有效控制感染,又能减轻患者疼痛,促进创面愈合,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the in situ regenerative medical technology in the treatment of infectious wounds.Methods Forty patients with infectious wounds admitted into The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Traditional Chinese Medical College between February,2012 and February,2014 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and a treatment group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional therapy while those in the treatment group were treated with the in situ regenerative medical technology.The wound healing time,healing effect and pain condition during the dressing change were observed in both groups.Results The comparison between the two groups in terms of the wound healing time showed statistically significant difference:treatment group(11.9±4.8)d,control group(16.8±6.3)d,(P〈0.01);Pain scores:treatment group(2.32±0.62),control group(5.78 ± 0.89),there was a statistically significant difference between two groups(P〈0.01);In terms of wound healing effect,the treatment group saw scarless wound healing of 18 patients and only 2 patients had non-hypertrophic scar formation while in the control group,8 patients got healed with hypertrophic scar and 10 healed with non-hypertrophic scar,and thus the wound healing effect in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group.Conclusion The in situ regenerative medical technology in the treatment of infectious wounds can not only effectively control infection but also alleviate pain and facilitate wound healing,deserving to be promoted in clinic.
