景德镇釉料传统制备和施釉工艺

摘　　要：釉,是覆盖在陶瓷坯体表面的硅酸盐玻璃态薄层。景德镇传统制瓷工艺中,釉料是将经过处理的釉果与特殊烧制的釉灰,按照一定的比例进行配制加工而成的。本文从传统制瓷工艺出发,对釉果加工、釉灰制作、釉料配制以及施釉工艺等方面进行详细阐述。Glaze is glass sheet made of silicate which is covered on the surface of ceramic embryo, In traditional fabricated technology of Jingdezhen ceramic. Glaze is made of processed glaze stone and special fired glaze substance which were mixed in a certain proportion .Based on traditional fabricated technology of Ceramic. Glaze stone procession glaze substance manufacturing glaze matching glazing technology and other aspects were detailed discussed in this paper.
