异维甲酸胶丸口服治疗中、重度痤疮患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨异维甲酸胶丸口服治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效。【方法】选取本院皮肤性病门诊部收治的寻常中重度痤疮患者90例，采用随机数字表法分为两组，每组45例，观察组采用异维甲酸胶丸口服治疗，对照组采用新癀片治疗，比较两组患者的GAGS评分和总有效率。【结果】两组患者治疗前痤疮综合分级系统（Comprehensive grading system of acne，GAGS）量表评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患者治疗2周、治疗4周后的GAGS评分均较治疗前均显著的降低（P〈0．05），但观察组患者的GAGS评分均显著低于同期对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗2周、4周后的总有效率分别为73．33％（33／45）、97．77（44／45），均显著高于对照组53．33％（24／45）、84．44％（38／45），其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率6．67％（3／45），均显著低于对照组24．44％（11／45），其差异均有统计学意义（χ^2=5．414，P=0.020）。【结论】异维甲酸胶丸口服治疗中、重度痤疮患者的临床效果可靠，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。[ObjectivelTo explore the clinical effect of different dimension A acid （Isotretinoin） capsules in the treatment of moderate and severe acne patients. [Methods]Ninety cases of moderate and severe acne vulgaris at the clinic of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group; the study group using different dimension A （Isotretinoin） acid capsule oral treatment while the control group using oral XinHuang tablets treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared by the scores of comprehensive acne grading system （CAGS）. [Results]Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CAGS scores between patients of the study group and patients of the control group （ P〉0.05）. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treat- ment, the CAGS scores of patients in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （ P〈0.05） the CAGS scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those of patients in the control group （ P〈0.05）. After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment rate of patients in the study group was 73.33% higher than that of patients in the control group, which was 53.33% （ P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment rate of the patients in the study group was 97.77% higher than that of patients in the control group, which was 84.44% （ P〈0.05）. During the course of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 6.67%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, which was 24.44G （ P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]Different dimension A （Isotretinoin） acid capsules is safe and has reliable clinical effect in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.
