摘  要:膜袋灌是一种新型高效的作物灌溉方法,通过对多孔膜袋灌在0.2、0.3、0.4 m工作水头的水力性能试验进行分析,研究了工作水头、孔距、孔径3个因素分别对膜袋局部水头损失、膜袋出流以及膜袋灌水均匀度的影响。结果表明:(1)膜袋的出水孔都会产生局部水头损失,流速越大,膜袋的局部水头越大,并且上游工作水头越大,膜袋的局部水头损失也越大;(2)膜袋的局部水头损失随着孔距、孔径的增大而减小;(3)多孔膜袋内的水流流态均为层流,膜袋出流量随着孔距和孔径的增大而增大;(4)当工作水头为0.3 m,孔距为40 cm时,推算出膜袋的极限铺设长度为184.8 m。研究结果对提高膜袋设计精度有重要意义。Membrane bag filling is a new irrigation method of high water use efficiency. With the working head of 0.2 m, 0.3 m and 0.4 m, through experimental analysis of the hydraulic characteristics, the influence of the three factors, which were the working head, the hole distance and the aperture, on the local head loss, the flow and the irrigation uniformity of the membrane bag were studied respectively. The results showed that:① drainage holes of membrane bag filling could produce local head loss, the flow velocity of membrane bag filling was great- er, the local head loss was bigger; what's more, the upstream working head was greater, the local head loss of membrane bags was larger; ②however, with the hole distance and aperture increasing, the local head loss was minishing; ③the flow regime within the porous membrane bag were in laminar flow. With the hole spacing of membrane bag increasing, the flow would increase; ④when the working head was 0.3 m and the pitch was 40 cm, the limit laid length of membrane bag would be up to 184.8 m. The results has important significance in im- proving precision of membrane bag design.
