摘　　要：目的 分析开放性颅脑损伤手术治疗的临床效果。方法 从我院2014年6月~2016年3月收治的开放性颅脑损伤患者中随机抽选出45例作为研究对象,给予所有入选患者开放性颅脑损伤手术治疗,手术结束后,观察记录所有患者的预后情况。结果 45例患者中,1例死亡（2.22%）,5例处于植物生存状态（11.11%）,7例重度残疾（15.56%）,17例轻度残疾（37.78%）,15例恢复良好（33.33%）。结论 给予开放性颅脑损伤患者进行手术治疗,患者的预后情况较好,死亡率较低。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of surgical treatment of open craniocerebral injury. Methods From open craniocerebral injury patients admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016,45 cases were randomly selected as the research object,given al the selected patients with open craniocerebral injury treated by surgery,after the surgery were observed records of al the patients prognosis. Results Of the 45 patients,1 died（2.22%）, 5 were in the vegetative state（11.11%）,7 were severely disabled（15.56%）,17 were mildly disabled（37.78%）,and 15 patients recovered wel（33.33%）. Conclusion Patients with open craniocerebral injury were treated with surgery,the prognosis of the patients was good,nd the mortality was low.
