洛铂联合替吉奥在晚期转移性乳腺癌患者中的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 研究洛铂联合替吉奥在晚期转移性乳腺癌患者中的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2014年2月~2016年2月在我院外科住院治疗的晚期转移性乳腺癌患者84例,依据治疗措施分为对照组42例和观察组42例。对照组采用顺铂联合替吉奥治疗,观察组采用洛铂联合替吉奥治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果 两组患者临床治疗疗效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组获益率为80.95%,高于对照组的69.05%（P〈0.05）。结论 晚期转移性乳腺癌患者采用洛铂联合替吉奥治疗效果理想。Objective To study the clinical treatment of lobaplatin combined with S-1 transfer effect in patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods 84 patients with advanced metastatic breast cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group in 42 cases according to the treatment measures. The 42 cases were divided into two groups. The control group were treated with cisplatin combined with S-1 treatment,observation group were treated with lobaplatin combined with S-1 treatment,compared the efficacy of two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the curative effect rate between the two groups（P ＆gt; 0.05）. The observation group was 80.95%,higher than that of the control group（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion Advanced ideal treatment effect by lobaplatin combined with S-1 in breast cancer patients.
