葡萄糖酸锌应用于70例腹泻病患者临床治疗的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的观察葡萄糖酸锌在腹泻治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院140例腹泻病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,包括补液、调节电解质、酸碱平衡,观察组在对照组的基础上给予葡萄糖酸锌治疗。结果两组疗效对比,观察组显效率为93.33%,对照组显效率为76.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论葡萄糖酸锌在腹泻患者治疗中的效果显著。Objective To observe the effect of zinccitrate in the treatment of diarrhea. Methods Selected 140 cases of diarrhea patients in the hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional treatment,including rehydration,regulating electrolyte and acid-base balance,the observation group was given zinc gluconate treatment on the basis of the control group. Results The efficacy of the two groups was compared,the observation group was 93.33%,and the control group was 76.67%,the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of zinc citrate in the treatment of diarrhea patients is significant.
