品管圈活动在降低骨科患者术后早期功能锻炼中缺陷率的应用

摘　　要：目的 分析品管圈活动在降低骨科患者术后早期功能锻炼中缺陷率的应用。方法 选取我院骨科患者120例,收治时间在2015年3月~2016年3月,分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用品管圈活动进行护理。结果 观察组患者的早期功能锻炼缺陷率3.33%低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 给予骨科患者采用品管圈活动进行护理,能有效减少早期功能锻炼缺陷率。Objective To analyze the application of quality control circle activity in reducing the defect rate of early functional exercise after operation in the deparnnent of orthopedics. Methods 120 cases of department of orthopedics in our hospital were selected, the time from March 2015 to March 2016, were divided into two groups, the control group were treated with routine care, observation group patients with care. Results The defect rate of early functional exercise in the observation group was significantly lower than that m the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The department of orthopedics patients with care, can effectively reduce the defect rate of early functional exercise.
