摘　　要：目的 讨论胸腔手术后胸腔闭式引流管的护理措施。方法 选取2015年2月~2016年2月入住我院的58例开胸患者,对他们进行胸腔手术后,对他们进行胸腔手术后胸腔闭式引流管的护理。结果 58例患者都痊愈了,并且没有任何副作用。结论 胸腔手术后,对患者进行胸腔闭式引流管的护理时,要注意引流液的状态,还要注意患者被感染。这种护理的方式的效果明显。Objective To discuss the nursing measures of thoracic closed drainage tube after thoracic surgery. Methods 58 patients with open chest in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected, and the nursing of thoracic closed drainage tube after thoracic： surgery was performed. Results All of the 58 patients recovered and had no side effects. Conclusion After thoracic surgery, patients with thoracic closed drainage tube care, should pay attention to the status of the drainage fluid, but also pay attention to the patients were infected. The effect of this kind of care is very obvious.
