摘　　要：构建和谐医患关系是所有医院工作者共同追求的目标,是医院文化建设的一项重要内容,医院文化建设是构建和谐医患关系的内动力。通过医院文化建设为患者提供良好的人文环境和满意的医疗服务,加强医护人员的医德修养,丰富患者的健康教育,在医患之间建立起互相理解、彼此尊重、相互信任的关系,为构建和谐医患关系提供动力和方向,通过构建和谐医患关系,丰富了医院文化内容,为医院文化提供了内涵和保障。[Abstruct]Constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationship,one important part of the hospital culture,is a common goal pursued by al medical workers. That is,hospital culture is the internal impetus of the construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. And the hospital cultural construction can provide patients with favorable humanity environment and pleasant medical service,enhance the medical ethics of the medical staff to form the mutual respected,trusted and understanded relationship between the doctor and the patient,as wel as providing impetus and direction of the construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,which can furnish the content and support for the hospital culture.
