经尿道等离子前列腺电切术和剜除术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的比较经尿道等离子前列腺电切术(PKRP)和剜除术(PKEP)治疗前列腺增生的疗效。方法择取前列腺增生患者70例,随机分为各有35例的两组,A组行PKRP治疗,B组行PKEP治疗。结果 A组与B组相比,A组的手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量更少(P<0.05),但两组的术后并发症及远期疗效相关指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PKRP和PKEP治疗前列腺增生均具有较好远期疗效,安全性较高,但PKRP出血更少,恢复更快。Objective To compare transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP） and Transurethral plasma kinetic enucleation of prostate（PKEP） in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 70 cases selected patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 35 cases,group A underwent PKRP treatment,B group treated with PKEP.Results Group A Compared with the group B, the operation time,length of stay and the amount of bleeding were less in the group A（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the postoperative complications and long-term outcome（P〉0.05）.Conclusion PKRP and PKEP in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia have better long-term curative effect,and higher safety,but PKRP had less bleeding,faster recovery.
