带有滴壶的引流管在侧脑室出血术后引流中的应用

摘　　要：目的：比较侧带有滴壶的引流管与常规脑室引流管治疗脑室出血的疗效。方法我院2014年3月～2016年3月收治的32例脑室出血患者资料，将其随机分为应用带有滴壶的脑室引流（防堵塞）系统的治疗组（18例）和应用常规脑室引流系统的对照组（14例）。比较2组的脑室内血肿排尽所需时间，脑脊液常规检查恢复正常时间。结果手术前脑室内血肿体积两组差异无统计学意义。与对照组相比，带有滴壶的引流管组的脑室血肿排尽时间，脑脊液检查恢复正常所需时间短，每日血肿排出体积多。结论带有滴壶的引流管治疗脑室出血安全，操作方便。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of drainage tube with drip and routine drainage system in treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage. Methods A total of 32 patients with intraventricular hemorrhage were divided into 2 groups randomly from March 2014 to March 2016. treatment group（n=18,treated by drainage tube with drip）,control group（n=14,treated by traditional lateral ventricle drainage）. Compared the time of blood clearance and cerebrospinal fluid back to normal.Results There were no significant difference volume of hematoma in two groups before operation. The time of blood clearance,cerebrospinal fluid back to normal is shorter in drainage tube with drip.Conclusion Ventricular drainage （anti blocking） system is safe,simply and effective in treatment of intraventricular hemorhage.
