摘　　要：目的通过处方点评,了解本院处方情况,以提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法回顾性抽取我院2015年门诊处方进行点评,筛查统计不合理处方,选择具有代表性的不合理处方进行用药分析。结果不合理处方比率为12.34%,主要表现在未按抗菌药物管理规定开具抗菌药、不首选国家基本药物、诊断书写不规范、适应证不适宜等方面。结论开展处方点评工作对确保临床安全用药具有重要意义。Objective Through prescription review,understand the hospital prescription,in order to improve the quality of the prescription,and promote the rational use of drugs. MethodsRetrospective review of our hospital outpatient prescriptions in 2015 to review,screening statistics unreasonable prescriptions,chose a representative of irrational prescriptions for drug analysis.ResultsIrrational prescription ratio was 12.34%,mainly in the absence of antimicrobial drugs prescribed in the management of antimicrobial drugs,the country was not the first choice of basic medicine,diagnosis and writing was not standardized,the indications were not suitable,etc. Conclusion To carry out the prescription review work is of great significance to ensure clinical safety.
