在消毒供应中心管理中运用护理新理念的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨护理新理念应用于消毒供应中心管理中的效果。方法回顾性分析我院消毒供应中心自2015年2月～2016年2月应用护理新理念的情况，对应用前后物品消毒、灭菌情况进行对比分析。结果将护理新概念引入消毒供应中心之前，物品消毒灭菌的合格率为89.32%，洗涤合格率为81.20%，包装合格率为54.33%，服务的满意度为82.69%；引入护理新概念之后上述三种操作的合格率分别为98.67%、93.52%和96.14%，服务的满意度为95.68%，引入护理新概念前后各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理新理念应用于消毒供应中心能够有效提高物品的无菌合格率，提升对消毒供应中心服务的满意度，对于消毒供应中心的长久发展具有积极的意义。Objective To discuss the effect of new nursing ideas in the management of central sterile supply department（CSSD）.MethodsThe application of new nursing ideas in our central sterile supply department from February 2015 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,disinfection and sterilization of items before and after the application were analyzed.Results Before the introduction of new nursing ideas,the qualified rates of sterilization,washing and packaging were respectively 89.32%,81.20% and 54.33%,service satisfaction was 82.69%. After the introduction,those qualified rates were 98.67%,93.52% and 96.14%,service satisfaction was 95.68%,the differences between each indicators were statisticaly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of new nursing ideas in the management of CSSD can improve the qualified rate of sterile goods and enhance satisfaction of CSSD services.It has positive significance for the long development of CSSD.
