摘　　要：目的 分析手卫生调查对医务人员手卫生依从性的影响。方法 抽取我院的200例医务人员（2013年1月-2015年12月）作为研究对象,对医务人员实施手卫生调查,比较调查前后医务人员手卫生依从性情况。结果 调查前,200例医务人员的依从率58.50%,低于调查后的依从率74.00%;且调查前后比较可得,组间医务人员手卫生正确率存在差异,P〈0.05。结论 手卫生调查可提高医务人员手卫生依从性。Objective To analyze the influence of hand hygiene survey on hand hygiene compliance in medical staff： Methods Selected our hospital 200medical personnel（ from January 2013 to December 2015） as the research object,to medical personnel implementation survey of hand hygiene, the compliance of hand hygiene of medical staff before and after the investigation. Results Before the survey, 200 medical personnel compliance rate 58.50% was lower than that of the investigation after the compliance rate 74.00%, and before the survey was, between groups of hand hygiene of medical staff correct rate of the difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Hand hygiene survey can significantly improve the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff.
