子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素联合棒球式缝合法的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素联合棒球式缝合减少子宫切口出血的临床效果,探讨其应用价值。方法 将2013年6月-2015年1月在我院子宫肌瘤剔除术采用棒球式缝合的患者60例,随机分为观察组30例（术中垂体后叶素子宫肌层注射）和对照组30例（单纯棒球式缝合法）,分析两组术中出血量及手术时间等。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间方面比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用垂体后叶素联合棒球式缝合能够减少出血量,发生不良反应的情况少,安全及有效性高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the use of pituitary vasopressin combined with baseball suture in the treatment of uterine incision hemorrhage, and to explore the value of the application. Methods from June 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital myomectomy by baseball suture in patients 60 cases, were randomly divided to observation group 30 cases, （intraoperative posterior pituitrin myometrium injection） and control group 30 cases （simple baseball joint legal） of two groups in the amount of bleeding and operation time. Results There was significant difference in the amount of bleeding and operation time in the observation group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of pituitary vasopressin combined with baseball suture can reduce the amount of bleeding, the incidence of adverse reactions is less, and the safety and effectiveness is high.
