低分子肝素钙治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析患有小儿过敏性紫癜的患儿实施低分子肝素钙的治疗方案的疗效。方法收集过敏性紫癜的儿童74例,对照组实施基础治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加入低分子肝素治疗。结果研究组有效率92.7%,对照组总有效率77.5%,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论对患有过敏性紫癜的患儿实施低分子肝素治疗方案,能够大幅度提高治疗效果,迅速缓解患者不良表现,预防相应并发症的出现,具有较大临床意义。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of children with allergic purpura. Methods 74 children with allergic purpura were collected, the patients in the control group were treated with basic therapy, the study group was treated with low molecular weight heparin on the basis of routine treatment. Results The effective rate of the study group was 92.7%, the control group was 77.5%, the study group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The children with Henoch Schonlein purpura （HSP） of implementation of low molecular weight heparin treatment can greatly improve treatment effect, quickly alleviate the bad performance of the patients, prevention of complications, is of great clinical significance.
