摘　　要：目的探讨前置胎盘的护理干预效果。方法选取前置胎盘患者50例,对照组实施常规的护理措施,实验组在对照组的基础上增加心理教育、用药护理、环境护理和加强监测等一系列的优化护理措施。结果实验组未出现持续性出血的现象,均顺利生产,剖宫产患者16例,活婴15例,顺产有9例,活婴有8例,无产妇死亡的现象。结论对前置胎盘患者的护理,要保证严密的检测和最佳的药物护理。在最基本的护理的基础上还要注重细节,以提高护理水平。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on placenta placenta. Methods 50 cases of patients with placenta previa. The control group received the routine nursing measures, the experimental group on the basis of control group in the implementation of the basic nursing increase psychological education, medicine, nursing, nursing environment and enhance monitoring a series of optimization of nursing measures. Results The experimental group didn＇t last bleeding phenomenon, all smooth production, cesarean section patients with 16 cases, 15 cases of live births, birth in 9 cases, live births have 8 cases, there was no maternal death phenomenon. Conclusion For the patients with placenta placenta care, to ensure that there is strict testing and the best drug care. On the basis of the most basic care, but also pay attention to details to improve the level of care.
