心脏外科连续护理小组对心脏搭桥术患者实施护理的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 分析心脏外科连续护理小组对于心脏搭桥手术患者进行护理的临床护理效果。方法 选取2015年1月-2016年1月在我院行心脏塔桥手术治疗的患者90例,随机分成干预组与常规组,各45例,常规组使用一般的护理方式,干预组则在常规组基础上建立心脏外科的连续性护理小组进行护理,对比两组护理效果。结果 经护理后,干预组患者并发症的发生率比常规组低（P〈0.05）;干预组治愈率比常规组高（P〈0.05）。结论 在心脏塔桥手术患者的护理过程中,通过心脏外科的连续性护理小组进行护理,可以改善患者生活质量,降低手术并发症。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of cardiac surgery continuous nursing group nursing for patients with coronary artery bypass surgery. Methods selected January 2015 to January 2016 in 90 cases of patients underwent heart bypass surgery, were randomly divided into the intervention group and the conventional group, 45 cases in each. Group routine use of general nursing, intervention group, in the conventional group on the basis of established cardiac surgery the continuity of care group, nursing, compared two groups of nursing effect. Results After nursing, the incidence of complications of patients in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）, the cure rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing process of heart bypass surgery patients, through the heart surgery the continuity of care group care, can improve the quality of life of patients, to reduce the complications of surgery.
