摘　　要：目的 探讨医护一体化护理在尿毒症并发急性左心衰急救中的临床效果。方法 选取2013年9月-2015年10月在我院接受治疗的47例并发急性左心衰的尿毒症患者,将其分为实验组（25例）及对照组（22例）,对临床护理救治指标进行回顾性分析。结果 实施一体化护理措施实验组的疗效显著性、恢复平稳监测指标优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 一体化护理措施能提高临床护理技术水平和治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing care in patients with uremia complicated with acute left heart failure. Methods From September 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital received the treatment of 47 cases complicated with acute left heart failure in patients with uremia, the as experimental group （25 cases） and control group （22 cases）, index of clinical nursing treatment for retrospective analysis. Results In the experimental group, the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative nursing measures can significantly improve the level of clinical nursing and the effect of treatment.
