舒适护理在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察肿瘤放疗患者实施舒适护理的临床效果。方法将124例肿瘤放疗患者随机分为两组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组患者护理满意度。结果观察组护理满意度为98.38%,对照组为74.19%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注重肿瘤放疗患者的舒适护理,可有效提高患者舒适度,提升护理满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing care for patients with tumor radiotherapy. Methods 124 cases of tumor patients treated with radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received the routine nursing, the observation group received comfort care, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 98.38%, the control group was 74.19%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pay attention to the comfort care of patients with cancer radiotherapy, can effectively improve patient comfort and nursing satisfaction.
