摘　　要：目的 探讨综合心理干预对视神经间接损伤患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法 选取2014年2月-2016年3月我院接收的61例视神经间接损伤患者,随机分组,观察组31例,对照组30例,对照组给予常规心理护理干预,观察组给予综合心理干预,观察两组患者护理前后焦虑情绪变化情况。结果 护理前,两组SAS评分相比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;护理后SAS评分,两组相比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合心理干预应用于视神经间接损伤患者,可有效改善患者焦虑情绪。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on anxiety of patients with indirect optic nerve injury. Methods Selected in our hospital in February 2014 to March 2016 received 61 cases of indirect optic nerve injury patients, were randomly divided into observed group （31 cases） and control group （30 cases） and routine psychological nursing intervention was given to the patients in the control group, the observation group received psychological intervention, the anxiety mood changes observed two groups of patients before and after care Results Before nursing, the two groups of SAS scores were compared, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. After nursing SAS score, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention in patients with indirect optic nerve injury can effectively improve patients＇ anxiety.
