摘　　要：虎皮楠属生物碱(Daphniphyllum alkaloids)是一类结构高度复杂多样的三萜类生物碱.作为传统中草药的成分,虎皮楠生物碱具有抗寄生虫、抗艾滋病病毒等多种生物学活性,其应用历史非常悠久.Calyciphylline A作为虎皮楠生物碱中一个重要的类型,具有非常新颖的化学结构.本论文综述了最近几年报道的有关Calyciphylline A类型虎皮楠生物碱的合成工作,以方便该领域学者的研究.Daphniphyllum alkaloids, as a historical traditional Chinese medicine, are a kind of triterpenoid alkaloids with highly complex structures and contribute to diverse biologic activities such antiparastics and anti-HIV bioactivities. Particularly, as an important subtype of daphniphyllum alkaloids, Calyciphylline A possess creative chemical structures. This paper has summarized the reported synthetic work last several years, which would pave a way for the further study in this field.
