摘  要:目的:研究小叶增生方外用对乳腺增生病模型大鼠乳腺病理形态的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇序贯黄体酮肌肉注射建立乳腺增生病模型,模型建立后予外用中药贴敷第3对乳房,观察给药13 d后各组大鼠乳头直径及大鼠乳腺腺泡面积、导管内径的变化。结果:给药13 d后,给药组大鼠乳头直径缩小(P<0.05),各组大鼠乳腺组织形态均恢复正常,各组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小叶增生方外用能够促进乳腺增生病模型大鼠乳头直径缩小,但对乳腺病理形态未显示出调节作用。Objective: To observe the influence of external application of Xiaoye Zengsheng Fang(小叶增生方, XYZSF) on histomorphology in rats with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods: Rat models of experimental mammary hyperplasia were established by intramuscular injection of estrogen and progestin. After the model was established, the third pairs of breasts was acupoint applicated with XYZSF. After 13 d, the pathological of breast tissue were observed. Results: After treatment, the nipple diameter decreased in the treatment group(P〈0.05), and the morphology in each group all returned to normal(P〉0.05). Conclusions:External application of XYZSF can reduce the nipple diameter in rats with mammary gland hyperplasiahas, but has no regulatory effect on breast pathology.
