温阳益气化痰法联合石杉碱甲治疗老年痴呆肾虚痰瘀证的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨温阳益气化痰法联合石杉碱甲治疗肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆的临床效果。方法:选择肾虚痰瘀型老年痴呆患者为本次研究对象,按照随机自愿的原则分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予口服石杉碱甲,治疗组在此基础上给予口服自拟中药组方。经治疗后,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状体征变化,评估患者治疗前后认知功能、痴呆严重程度以及日常生活自理能力改善状况。结果:治疗组治疗后总有效率为87.1%,对照组为71.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者MMSE积分治疗后均有所升高(P<0.05),在治疗后随访中,治疗组MMSE积分降低不明显(P>0.05),而对照组出现显著降低(P<0.05);组间不同时间点比较中,治疗组治疗后和随访中的MMSE积分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ADL评分呈现升高(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳益气化痰法联合石杉碱甲治疗老年痴呆能够有效改善患者精神行为症状,提高患者日常行为能力和认知功能。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Yiqi Huayu method combined with huperzine on Alzheimer＇s disease of Shenxu Tanyu syndrome. Methods： The patients with Alzheimer＇s disease of Shenxu Tanyu syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups were treated with huperzine. On that basis, the treatment group was given Wenyang Yiqi Huayu decoction. After treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs, the dementia severity of cognitive function and daily life self-care ability to improve performance were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.0%（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the MMSE scores of the two groups both increased（P〈0.05）, and follow-up after treatment, MMSE scores of the treatment group decreased not obviously（P〉0.05）, while the control group was significantly reduced（P〈0.05）. Different time points between groups in the comparison, the MMSE scores of the treatment group after treatment and followup were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The HDS scores of the two groups of after treatment both increased（P〈0.05）, and the ADL scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The application of Wenyang Yiqi Huayu method combined with huperzine has good effects on Alzheimer＇s disease of Shenxu Tanyu syndrome, it can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with mental behavior, and improve the patients＇ daily behavior ability and cognitive function.
