摘 要:综合使用光线追踪法和点盒位置判断理论,提出了一种高效的钢板筒仓太阳辐射阴影区计算方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的计算精度。分析了钢板筒仓加盖和不加盖、满仓和空仓时太阳辐射非均匀温度场的时空分布规律,其中不加盖空仓时的太阳辐射非均匀温度场对结构最为不利。不加盖空仓时钢板筒仓结构正温差温度效应最大,与不考虑太阳辐射均匀温度作用工况相比,最大温度变形、最大温度应力、支座最大径向反力分别增加了135%、85%、85%,支座环向反力从0k N增加到132 k N,建议在工程设计中合理考虑太阳辐射非均匀温度效应。Based on the theory of ray tracing and point box position estimation, an efficient method to calculate the solar radiation shadow of steel silo is presented, and the calculation accuracy of the method is verified by experiments. The temporal and spatial distributions of the non-uniform temperature field of steel silo when the steel silo has lid or not and if the steel silo is full or empty has been analyzed. It is found that the solar radiation non uniform temperature field is the most disadvantageous when the steel silo is empty and has no lid. At the same time, the analysis results show the positive temperature effect is the most adverse when the steel silo is empty and has no lid. Compared with the condition without considering the solar radiation uniform temperature, the maximum temperature deformation has increased by 135%, the maximum temperature stress has increased by 85%, the maximum support reaction in radial direction has increased by 85% and the maximum support reaction in peripheral direction has increased to 132 kN. It is suggested that the non-uniform temperature effect of steel silos should be considered in the design.
