摘 要:有机玻璃由于具有较好的强度和透光性而广泛应用于飞机风挡及座舱盖等结构中,其抵抗裂纹扩展性能对飞机安全性及使用寿命具有重要的影响。采用中心裂纹拉伸(CCT)试样对三种定向有机玻璃进行了疲劳裂纹扩展试验,采用七点递增多项式法对试验结果进行处理,求得不同试验条件下定向有机玻璃疲劳裂纹扩展速率与应力强度因子的关系式,对比分析了相同条件下三种定向有机玻璃的疲劳裂纹扩展性能,考核了应力比及残余应力对疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响,为飞机座舱盖航空有机玻璃选材、使用及维护提供了试验依据。Polymethyl Mechacry( PMMA) has been widely used in aircraft structures such as windscreen and cockpit canopy because of its excellent performance of strength and transparence. The capacity of its resistance to crack growth is important to the service life and safety of the aircraft. The crack growth rate of three different PMMA has been tested using the CCT specimens. The tested data was dealt with seven point incremental polynomial method to compute the relationship between crack growth rate and range of stress intensity factor under various test conditions. The influence of stress ratio and residual stress has been analyzed. The experimental results provides the basis and reference to the selection,utilization and maintenance of PMMA for the aircraft.
