摘 要:随着逆向物流的发展,建筑固体废弃物物流的研究已成为热点,通过分析在建筑固体废弃物回收物流系统运营过程中各利益实体的行为特点和影响因素及其所追求的利益,建立了政府、企业、社会民众的三方博弈模型,讨论其利益均衡关系.以武汉新港集装箱码头改建项目为例,对环境效益的价格量化进行了验证.对模型中重要参数进行敏感性分析,挖掘了各利益主体间的潜在关系,为优化建筑固体废弃物物流运营管理系统提供依据.With the development of reverse logistics, the research on Building Solid Wastes logistic has been hot spot of research. By analyzing the behavior characteristics and influencing factors as well as the interests pursued by each interest entity in the solid waste recycling logistics system, the complete information static game model for the establishment of MSW logistics of government and enterprise is established in this paper. By taking Wuhan New Port Container Terminal renovation project as an ex- ample, using price to quantify the environmental benefits is verified. At last, The sensitivity analysis of important parameters is done and the potential relationship between the various stakeholders is taped, in order to provide evidence for optimizing the construction of building solid waste logistics operations and management system.
