摘　　要：分析了JCI标准下护理质量持续改进面临的挑战。通过对第5版JCI评审标准的研究,探索了切实可行的护理质量持续改进方法,如构建管理网络,科学应用质量方法,规范制度与流程,完善审核等。确保了三级护理管理架构合理化,研究方法科学化,制度流程规范化,评价审核完善化,提高了护理质量改进的严谨性、有效性,使护理服务质量稳步提升。The challenges of continual improvement of nursing quality under JCI standard was analyzed. Through the study of the fifth edition of JCI accreditation standard, the method on practical nursing continuous quality improvement was explored, such as, construction of management network, scientific application of quality method, standardized system and process, and im- provement of audit. Through the rationalization of management structure of tertiary nursing care, scientific research methods, standardization system and process, and improvement of audit evaluation, the rigor and effectiveness of the quality improvement of nursing care were enhanced, and the quality of nursing care service steadily improved.
