摘　　要：将JCI理念与医院药学管理相结合,建立药学管理制度,从药品选择、采购、储存、医嘱、抄录、配置、审方、用药、监控等全过程进行管理和控制,有效地推动了医院药学管理的规范化,更好地确保了患者用药安全。Pharmaceutical management system could be established with combination of hospital pharmaceutical management and JCI idea, with whole process management from drug selection and procurement, storage, prescription, copy, configure, pre- scription audit, medication use and monitor. The standardization of hospital pharmaceutical management was effectively promoted, and medication safety of patients was ensured.
