摘　　要：根据JCI标准要求及临床需求,明确了食堂管理、消防安全、环境卫生等方面存在的问题。通过卫生大扫除、局部整修、膳食管理做好食堂管理工作,通过消防门更换、消防培训、消防应急演练做好消防安全工作,通过拖把抹布集中清洗消毒、有害物质管理做好环境卫生工作,为医院顺利通过JCI认证作出了贡献。According to JCI standard and clinical needs, the canteen management, fire safety, environmental sanitation problems were explicated. The canteen management was improved through health cleaning, local renovation, and dietary manage- ment ; fire safety was improved through the fire door replacement, fire training, fire and emergency drills ; environmental sanitation was improved through centralized rag mop cleaning and disinfection, and hazardous substance management, which contributed for hospitals successfully passing the JCI certification.
