摘　　要：参照国内外麻醉和手术风险评估方法,结合多年临床实践,搭建手术病人护理风险评估和分级管理平台。建立和改进术前对病人进行风险护理评估的方法;拟定风险护理分级管理基本办法;设计可操作性的流程;配套开发手术病人风险评估和护理分级管理软件及病人风险管理档案;制定风险护理管理质控考核标准等。平台的构建提高了医护人员手术病人风险分级管理能力,保障了病人安全。Based on the risk evaluation methods on anesthesia and surgery and combined with years of clinical practice, the nursing risk assessment and stratification management platform for patients with surgery was developed ： the establishment and im- provement of the nursing preoperative risk assessment method for patients with surgery; drafting principle of nursing risk stratifica- tion management; designing the operational flow path; development of software on the preoperative risk assessment and nursing grading management, and risk management archives ; establishment of assessment criterion for quality control of nursing risk man- agement. The platform improved the capability of risk management for surgical patient, and ensured the safety of patients.
