摘  要:针对机床高速角接触球轴承复杂工况下的接触分析问题,首先利用ANSYS软件建立了有限元分析模型对球-平面接触进行有限元分析,将分析结果与赫兹公式理论解进行比较,验证有限元接触分析的正确性;然后分析了网格细化程度对计算精度的影响;最后建立了完整的角接触球轴承参数化模型,分析载荷、转速作用下的应力分布。得出如下结论:随着载荷的增大,每个球与内外圈的接触应力均增大,且与内圈的接触应力大于与外圈的接触应力;随着转速的增大,球与外圈的接触应力增大,而与内圈的接触应力减小。为角接触球轴承耦合热应力等的分析提供了方法。To study the contact analysis problem of high speed angular contact ball bearing for machine tool under complex condition,the ball-plane contact finite element model was established and analyzed using ANSYS software. The analysis results and the theoretical solutions of Hertz formula were compared,and the analysis results were verified correct. Then the effect of mesh refinement on the computational precision was analyzed. Finally,the angular contact ball bearing parametric model was established,the stress distribution under the action of load and speed were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the load,the contact stress of between the ball and inner or outer ring is increased,and the contact stress of inner ring is larger than the outer. And with the increase of rotation speed,the contact stress of between ball and the outer ring increases,while the contact stress of inner ring decreases. A method is proposed to analyze thermal stress coupling of the angular contact ball bearing.
