一种里端带内锥孔的圆柱孔长度测量装置的研制

摘　　要：里端带内锥孔的圆柱孔长度里端测量始点难以定位,测量困难。根据里端带内锥孔的零件结构特点,文中提出了一种由定位塞杆和测量塞杆组成的长度测量装置,定位塞杆的外锥面的与零件里端内锥面贴合,实现长度测量定位;测量塞杆从孔的另端插入与定位塞杆的外圆锥面配合,测定塞杆上的千分表测头与零件圆柱孔长度的终点接触,为了实现定位塞杆与测量塞杆的高精度装配,测量塞杆斜面尖端被平截一固定尺寸。基于三角几何关系,即可由该固定尺寸计算得圆柱孔长度的一恒定值长度,再由测量装置通过千分表测得圆柱孔长度的其余长度,从而测得这类圆柱孔长度。工程应用表明,该方法巧妙,装置结构简单,成本低廉,使用方便,测量效率高,测量精度达1微米。The length measurement of cylindrical bore with inner conical bore is difficult in engineering. This key reason is the starting point of cylindrical bore with conical cone for measuring which is difficult to be positioned. According to the structural characteristics of cylindrical bore with inner conical bore,a measuring device is designed,which comprises the positioning plunger and the measuring plunger. The positioning plunger with exterior conical surface can implement positioning for the cylindrical bore by the exterior conical surface against the interior conical surface of the measured conical cone. One end of the measuring plunger is tightly matched with the positioning plunger accurately,dial gauge on the measuring plunger touch the ending point of length of cylindrical bore. To meet highly accuracy assembly between the positioning plunger and the measuring plunger,a fixed size of slope tip of this end is cut off in a parallel way. Therefore ,the constant length of cylindrical bore with inner conical bore from the starting point to cutting point is calculated based on the triangular relationship with the fixed size ,the remaining length of cylindrical bore with inner conical bore from the cutting point to ending point is measured by measuring plunger,and the sum of two is the measuring length of the conical cone. Finally,an example is presented to verify the measuring device ,which shows that the measuring device is simple ,skillful,convenient,efficient and low-cost,and its measuring precision is lum.
