摘 要:破冰机振动系统是设备振动的主要来源,其动力学特性直接决定设备运行的安全性和可靠性。首先介绍了破冰机的基本组成及工作原理,之后对破冰机的振动系统进行三维建模。之后应用ANSYS workbench软件平台,对破冰机振动系统进行了模态分析。计算出了系统的各阶固有频率和相应的模态阵型,同时利用B&K软件测试了系统的固有频率,最后将系统的各阶固有频率与破冰机的工作频率进行对比来校核设备工作的安全性。研究结果表明破冰机的工作频率和系统的各阶固有频率均不发生重叠,将不会产生共振现象,工作安全可靠。Icebreaking machine vibration system is the main source of vibration. It's vibration system's dynamic performance decides the security and reliability of the operation of the equipments. First it introduces the basic composition and working principle of the icebreaking machine,the 3 d modeling of icebreaking machine vibration system was constructed. Based on ANSYS workbench software platfarm,the modal analysis of ice machine vibration system was conducted. The natural frequencies of the system and the corresponding modal shape were calculated. At the same time ,the natural frequency of the system was tested with B & K software. The natural frequency of the system was compared with the operating frequency of the icebreaking to check the safety of the vibration system,. Studies have shown that the working frequency of icebreaking machine and each order natural frequency of the system are different,and the phenomenon of resonance will not produce. The icebreaking machine can work safely and reliably.
